Pros
Great products and a comprehensive vision for a wide range of products including UC, CC, and Data. Huge services portfolio and customer base among the tops in all industries. A very solid and reliable set of products. Generally a place where everyone is helpful and tries to work together.
Cons
Products are supported and maintained forever, which hinders upgrades and refreshes. Pro Services are expensive and the delivery quality can be hit or miss and siloed among groups which struggle to work together. Sales management is numbers-focused almost to the exclusion of customer positioning and broadening reach within accounts.
