      Pros

      Convenient, easy to get there. Nice place and easy to find restaurants. People friendly and good atmosphere. No lunch allowance. Overall, good training for new comers.

      Cons

      Need to work overtime and under pressure, long working hours, stressed. Lots of work to do every day. Boring, but challenging and quiet.
