Nothing as of now. The company has no money and no vision.
Cons
The company is bankrupt for second time. If you are planning to join in India, join only if you have relatives or friends working in top management here. Otherwise they will layoff for silly reasons and protect their own people. I had exceptional rating last year and was laidoff this year saying my service is not needed. So there is no transparency at all.
