the people. the only reason i stayed so long was the amazing team i worked with. they keep losing people and you have opportunities to take ownership on things you would never get exposed to at other companies.
Cons
horrible benefits, no 401K match, no bonus, no annual increases for about 3 yrs in ago across the board.
