Pros
Pay and benefits are excellent. Depending on the organization you work in, the work environment can be great, but depends on the organization.
Cons
Too much focus on the EBITDA. This drives everything at Avaya. Not that kind of focus is bad, they are in business to be profitable, but the focus on this part of the business trumps everything else form enployee moral to customer satisfaction.
