The roadmap and vision was not clear and changed often. There was a lot of disruption with bankruptcies and layoffs. The company showed very little loyalty to people who had invested decades with the company. The layoffs were unpredictable, lacked empathy, and seemingly random because high performers were impacted. Further, the severance was meager considering the times of service.
