Pros
With the recent downsizing I unfortunately can't think of anything good to say about Avaya. I do still have friends that work there and wish them the very best, but I do believe the company has a long way to go to right the ship.
Cons
Legacy products with no real roadmap for future products that are competitive in today's fast-moving market.
