      Pros

      Not that Avaya has or will have opening anymore, but stay far away. Company is up for sale and multiple layoffs based on income rather than performance indicate this.

      Cons

      Not real map toward the future. Renewing contracts is the only plan so another company can onboard then convert those customers.
