Cons
Although we’re proud of the modern, flexible culture we’ve built as a remote-first company. This way of working supports balance, inclusivity, and access to talent everywhere. That said, one trade-off is that we don’t get the same day-to-day, in-person interactions you’d find in a traditional office. While our digital tools and intentional communication practices work well, we know that nothing fully replaces those spontaneous hallway conversations or shared coffees.
