      I have been working at Aversan full-time; the work life balance is great. The Environment is very friendly and the Infrastructure is good.

      Pros

      High infrastructure support. You can get multiple VMs with your own database, environment and everything else you need to do development work on multiple releases concurrently. The new office in Metrotech is extremely nice, some minor issues but those are being solved.

      Cons

      Little technical direction, supposed to be monthly releases but given they use Clearcase for SCM and Sharepoint to list what files changed causes delays and cancelled releases. By end of year this resulted in cramming multiple releases in at the end of year.
