Excellent Company - Finance Manager Avery Biomedical Devices Employee Review

I've been with Avery for just over 10 years. It's been a great company to work with. It's not a huge company, so there's definitely a personal touch. The actual product is also fantastic, so you also know you're doing something that's worthwhile and changing people's lives, no matter what your role in the process is.

Because it's not a huge company, there's nowhere to hide. Your performance, good or bad, does make a difference and gets noticed. For some, this is no problem. For others, that may create some challenges

Excellent company! The company is small so everything is a team effort. For those who are "go-getters" and want to learn, this is the place to be.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to work with people who just do not want to work. They try to hide and can't. Luckily for us, management is quick to notice.
