      Pros

      travelling standby with staff benefits, speed of learning, challenging projects, a thrilling industry, working on revenue management is one of the most exciting things I have ever done in my entire life. They do sports competitions among employees, which I used to love.

      Cons

      no formal career plan. Revenue Management is (or was) an area in which overwork and overload was common, and so was burn out.
