      Good challenges, It will test your creativity, interesting benefits mainly due to cheap tickets

      Cons

      Work enviroment has a lot of room for improvement. Have to be very carefull regarding how to manage key stake holders. If you manage that well, It´s the best place to be, If not, it could turn to be a living hell.
