      Pros

      Great place to spin your wheels. If you want absolutely no challenge and a bunch of menial task that will rot your brain, then this place is for you.

      Cons

      No training. No pay increase (for 5 years), no hope, no bonus, No direction, no challenge. Senior management aren't educated. Some directors have only achieved a high school education.

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      Cons

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
