      People are not open the new ideas, using really old technology with a lot of overhead and bureaucracy, salaries are low, management is clueless, employees are not top tier

      - Hands-on experience with different technologies, including 3D printing and thermal testing - Able to have real project ownership as an intern - Exposure to industry-standard software - Opportunity to work on meaningful projects that impacted product quality and reliability - Positive work environment and friendly team members - Very welcoming

      - I'm young and there were few younger people - I didn't have a SOLIDWORKS license to work on 3D printing projects
