Great coworkers and a great place to get started

Work environment was not great. Work areas were dirty. No real break room. Salary is below average.

They will hire anyone. So if you don't have any experience, you may get a deal too good to be true. You will hear the greatest promises of an upcoming 401k and profit sharing. Most of the employees are great people.

The business is in constant disarray. The owner went to prison for wire fraud. The owner has practices which are morally wrong and borderline illegal, see above statement. The owner sticks his nose into everything, completely wrecking the production schedules. This led to late shipments, cancellation of PO's, etc and in turn missed paychecks. That says a lot about the financial health of the company... running from purchase order to purchase order to scrape by. The company owner has burned bridges with every company in the industry, and in related industries. Health insurance was canceled without notice. In fact I was even told the insurance was still good two weeks after the policy ended. Premiums were not paid, so there was also no COBRA coverage. No matching 401k, and there won't be one, likely ever. You will be working with pedophiles...
