      Easy to get a job for people with little experience as they are desperate for employees

      Cons

      New management in 2018 and treated the experience talented people like crap. One by one, the experienced people left and replace with people that don't know what they are doing.

      Great people, team and direct boss.

      Cons

      Too much overtime. I feel like we are under staffed. Work life balance was a lot better 1-2 years ago.
