      Nobody calls out as much so you won’t get stuck, houses are usually fully staffed.

      Cons

      pay should be better. management is rude, mostly coordinators. They hire anybody. A lot of men staff need to be watched. Very creepy vibes here. Not really a lot of overtime

      Oversight isn’t professional. A lot of miscommunication and Managment can be overbearing.
