Pros

There is nothing to say about this. You can get a good Hike from your Current company to here only in the offer letter. For getting that salary every month you need to fight with them every month.

Cons

• Don’t think that I am bad mouth about this Organization. The Below mentioned statement are very true. • You won’t get your pay properly. • You won’t get it on date. • Initially they inform you that they will pay u by every 10th. But they are not following that. • You will get it by 15th, 20th or 30th. Even some month you will not receive salary. I mean you will get it by next month. • If you are resigning from that company, they will give your relieving mail after 30 days. • For that relieving month salary they will inform you that you will be getting it after 90 Days i.e 3 Months. But they won’t follow that. They can make wait up-to 1 or 2 yrs for getting this. • For F&F Final settlement like PF and all you need to follow them for years & years. E.g. one project Manager came to office & shouted like anything. Because he is following for 3 yrs I think. • They won’t give F&F and relieving letter if you won’t serve Notice properly. • If you serve properly also, If you asks anything against the Management they won’t provide you the above mentioned things properly. • HR manger – Such a dedicated person. He won’t reply for any Employees Queries & Mails.

Pros

When arriving in town, they do pick you up from wherever you are at and they do have shared lodging in a decent apartment complex. I'll give them that.

Cons

Never met the management staff after flying out there back in 2012. They just put you in a 3 bedroom and made sure you were working as they did a bed check. The issues I saw was a lack of meeting key management personnel and a lack of any formal training program other than putting you into a compact test vehicle as was the case with me and learning in very cramped quarters. Not a good way to train and I've worked better drive test positions. I only lasted one night and got out and flew back to my point of origin on my own dime as was stated in the contract I signed.
