Pros

Hybrid working Good payment structure No targets Good/tailored training Great Union presence Good canteen and food prices Good support for mental health Inclusive and diverse workspace

Cons

Not great for nuerodivergent employees (with or without diagnosis) Not great for accommodating life circumstances e.g caring responsibilities, major injuries etc Promotion is about popularity not how good you are at your job/experience. Same goes for pay rise and bonus. Holiday system punishes new employees. As time goes on the company gives less autonomy to its employees, and has been turning a lot of peoples jobs to be offshore (outside of the business), to other countries so they dont have to pay as much. Punitive systems when making mistakes, and system errors will hold back being promoted due to error logging systems. Every day is the same, very low job satisfaction across the board with most employees. Anecdotally, i did not feel like i could tell people where I worked because of avivas involvement with funding isreali arms companies.
