They have no idea what it means to adapt.
Their behaviour to employees and throughout covid as well as sales strategy showed a company who is stuck in its way unwilling to make itself relevant to the market. They refuse telling clients throughout a pitch what tools they use and instead use empty promises.
In addition, like many other companies, cases of bullying at work go untreated where cases are silenced.
