If you are a beginner and ready to spend lot of time and with a passion to learn & network and not much worried about he salary , then this is the best place to work . Stay here during the starting of your career , work your extremely hard with the low package that they offer with full dedication and passion for atleast 5 years- the experience & market knowledge you learned from there along with the networking that you did using their Industry position will compensate you when you find a better paying job with a manufacturer with that experience. Also a thorough professional organisation, you will get your salary , incentive on time and all other benefits like medical insurance claim or any other benefits that global multinationals offers . There can be escalations and negative feedback’s if task not done properly, but no filthy language scoldings or abuses . Work environment is professional. If you are looking for work life balance , good pay at par with the industry , less work load , company paid outings and expensive team building activities etc - This is not the place . Also if you are not in a customer facing sales / marketing/ fae role , like CSR or quote specialist then there is nothing much to learn. Only you will be spending high amount of time on mundane job which pay peanuts
