High stress. Constant pressure. There is no opportunity to upskill here. Employees feels so undervalued here. So much micromanagement and It shows that they won't trust there employees. Salaries are often below industry standards especially for developers, and management resists adjusting them to the market standards. They expect more from you from their bare minimum salary.
