I didn’t see any Pros except few trusted employees who had no power to bring in change but to endure the painful work culture

Well, I can write volumes of book… - There’s definitely no work satisfaction as you are never allowed to take any decisions. Every decision apparently offends the senior( not by industry but by their tenure) and we are asked to step back. - I have never seen such culture( they claim it as product based when in reality have zero clue about what they do) where everyone is treated very poorly according to hierarchy. There is literal, a king( not the founder ) and the peasants structure there. I have pretty good experience in the industry but I have been several times asked to keep quiet because I had just joined and had no right. - threatening (subtly) and mocking them in order to kill employees confidence in their motive. - the risk of learning wrong things and unlearning all good things is very very high… And to others, please you can do better! Way way better. They are definitely not what they say to the external world.
