Pros
Managers are great! Got to work with some wonderful personalities. Performance based, you get out what you are willing to put in. Possibility of making lots of money here if you work for it.
Cons
Corporate is a bit chaotic, sometimes issues with payroll and onboarding. It's not cutthroat but sometimes it can come close depending on the area. You have to be able to handle a lot of rejection easily and just move on, just like any door to door job. Like I said this job really depends on your location and your willingness to get out of your box and handle rejection. Solar market has been hit really hard I'm some places but that doesn't make the job impossible. It can be difficult though and results completely depend on you. Also, they push you to go 1099 or commission only but in honesty, if you work here do not do that until you can make consistent results on a monthly basis.
