-Tough work, be prepared to do the extras and maybe beyond. -Upper management doesn't really care how hard your work is, meeting their KPI requirements is all that matters.

Provides experience to new grads and fairly simple hiring process.

Limited career progression No flexibility and focus more on business side not to staff.
