After doing B.tech (IT), I was so confused whether to go in Development or testing or support etc. In this competitive world it is very important to know your interest to become an expertise in that particular field. If we really don’t enjoy our work then we can’t perform it adequately. To start up as a fresher is also the tough task as well. To bear my expenses, to be on job became necessity for me. So, I started working at Awapal Solution Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Executive. While working in a team of developers, testers and support I have observed that I was bending more towards testing rather than support. I sit back and thought about it. Finally I got the way, I want to modify my career and become Software testing engineer. I spoke to management regarding joined a course for professional testing methods. Even the Saturdays were working in Awapal then also, on my request they gave me half day off on Saturday and Sunday full day was off. Today I have completed my course and became a certified software tester. The credit goes to my organization which supported me over all to switch my career. I feel more satisfied now being into the work of my choice. Thank you Awapal
