The team leads are clueless about what and how to do. It causes the new joiners a lot of trouble adjusting to the environment and industry. Most of the employees work late night and weekends due to fancy car lures stated by the CEO. Plus, you are expected to work so otherwise it impacts your image. Favouritism exists here at its peak. Employee retention is the worst. Most of the founding/core engineering and leadership members left due to bad management. Below average (WITCH like) pay for ML/engineering roles

Great place to learn and grow. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and willing to help whenever needed. There's good flexibility to try new ideas and make changes, and the organization has less hierarchy, which creates a more open and collaborative work environment.

The pace of work is quite fast, so you need to adapt, learn, and deliver quickly. This can occasionally be stressful and hectic, particularly when multiple priorities need to be managed at the same time.
