Pros
Good company with a solid history. The old timers from DuPont are gone. Work-life is acceptable (at least in some departments).
Cons
The medical benefits are average at best. There is no stock purchase plan, the relo plan is a joke, all managers (and some Directors) sit in cubes, so those 1-1 meetings w/ your boss is really filtered.
