      Insurance domain. Product is outdated

      Cons

      Bad culture,bad people and management. I wasted my time working here. Very rude management and people. No consideration for employees. I will prefer being jobless instead of working in such a stressful and worst environment

      Pros

      Good and dependable colleagues. Company try to flow with the trend, so keeps you updated with the current market trends.

      Cons

      Even though the company is small it still has a gigantic process overhead for everything. So the things will move a bit slow compared to similar sized companies.
