Pros
-CXO's are very approachable. They keep guiding you throughout. -There is a recognition of the efforts put -Work as a family. Understand each other very nicely. - Efficiency is very high and hence hardly anyone ends up spending more than 8.5 hours in office
Cons
-Only One downside is 6 days working. That too should not be a problem as it is fixed hours for the entire week and not like some other companies which make you work more than 10hours a day.
