The continued efforts to formalize administrative processes as we move from a small "mom and pop" company to a global organization of 800+ employees worldwide is paying off. If you have skills and abilities outside your formal job description, the company welcomes your contribution which is refreshing.
Cons
Some of the attitudes of the old culture remain: managers who barely talk to their direct reports much less guide them and other managers who talk a good game but don't add value.
