Most of the people are really nice and hours are good but company sees to have a lot of shady things going on behind the scenes. Many good people have worked here but they dont stay long. Starting to see why.
Cons
Very questionable leadership here. Dont feel secure in my job, lots of empty promises. This used to be a fun place to work, lots of activites, not anymore. Now we only have one client and doesnt look to be changing anytime soon.

This post doesn’t appear to be an actual employee. As recognized in our recent company meetings we have numerous clients and projects, exciting product development and promising year ahead for 2018. If you are an actual employee with concerns, please talk to management, we want to hear from you, directly.
I have had the great honor and fortune to work with the CEO, Michael Valdes, and the Axis Tech teams since it was founded over 15 years ago. I personally witnessed and also helped the company grow and evolve from a single professional services team, to multiple teams around the world, and from a services only business model to a product and service offering.
In all this time one thing has remained constant -- the unwavering integrity of its leader, Michael Valdes. His approach to always doing what is right for the ATG customer, the ATG employee, AND the ATG contractor is rare and inspiring; it's why ATG is a great place to work.
Every company goes through growing pains and experiences ups and downs but so few have a leader that has managed to build and retain talented teams of high caliber, skilled professionals. If you have an opportunity to work at ATG at anly level -- take it! -- you will be glad you did.
Cons
Can sometimes accept project work when it doesn't fit well within the company business model and vision.
