The VP of Sales resigned at the end of April. As President, it was announced the Company would take the next several months to search for a replacement culturally aligned for the Company and, in the interim, both the VP of Operations (not head nurse) and the President would oversee the sales department. During this time, it has become apparent to the President, the former VP of Sales did not deliver multiple messages from his monthly meetings with the President regarding enforcement of the Company's policies. The VP of Operations discovered this lack of enforcement and raised these concerns with the President who requested enforcement of the policies. Neither the President nor the VP of Operations has prevented the sales team from doing their jobs in this transition period. We have asked for transparency, visibility, accountability and adherence to the rules and laws. Unfortunately, we have found the former VP of Sales may not have been aligned with this position.
