Engineers have a lot of opportunity to work on high impact projects.

There is some proactive work that needs to be done by engineers to ensure they are properly aligned with the team. Priorities can be fairly dynamic on a week to week basis and it's important to stay in the loop.

Straight out of undergrad, I joined Axle and was immediately given ownership over building new features. The pace and responsibility have driven enormous growth, but the people are what make Axle -- everyone's invested in helping each other build something we're proud of.
