Pros

-LacJolla is a nice area to work at. -Little micromanagement.

Cons

-Everyone in this company look like they have the life sucked out of them. This place is as dry and dull as corporate gets. -Awful training. There really is no training plan here. Your going to grow as much as the effectiveness of joe your boss trains you. If you’ve got a bad boss, you’re done from the start. -Extremely low pay. Don’t be fooled by false promises of raises and bonuses for high marks. You will make peanuts here so you might as well go to a competing company, virtually all of them will pay more.

Pros

Great teammates, great boss, flexible with hours (these may just be within my team, specifically). The team and the company has a clear vision on where they want to go. There are semi-annual bonuses, comprised of cash and stock. I have yet to sell any stock, and so far it has grown in value.

Cons

Promotion was slow in coming, but there were salary increases in between. Bonuses were hard-earned, but no goal was impossible to reach.

Pros

The company’s focus on AI and automation was genuinely valuable. It provided opportunities to learn new skills and stay current with emerging technologies.

Cons

• Workloads were consistently extreme, leaving employees with no real relief or balance • Employees were expected to work excessively long and exhausting hours on a constant basis • Daily expectations were unrealistically high, creating a cycle of stress and disappointment • The environment showed little regard for employee wellbeing or sustainable working conditions • Burnout became a constant risk due to sustained pressure and lack of support • Leadership showed no visible concern for struggling employees and failed to check in or offer help • Communication and support from top leadership were largely absent during periods of high stress • Colleagues were also overwhelmed and overworked, leaving little ability to provide meaningful support • The overall atmosphere created isolation and frustration due to lack of assistance and empathy
