- End of year bonus is a bit misleading
- Compensation/Pay is pretty low.
- Ability to excel/enjoy program reliant on which department you're appointed to, not based on merit but on luck.
- Position ends up boiling down to admin/servicing work that doesn't provide much in the way of learning about the banking industry from an analytical and seems to be menial work that managers just don't want to hear or think about.
