Everything else. The pay is awful for comparable positions at other companies. They'll respond with trying to tell you the pay is competitive due to stock and company investments that you could MAYBE get after YEARS of working there. It is not the same, and not better. You will be underpaid and over worked.
Even though it's entry level, you will be performing a System Administrator level of responsibilities and tasks. If you are performing 9 out of 10 tasks at once, management will get on your case about the 1 thing you aren't doing. Micromanagement in the extreme.
They'll dress this up as, "We're a meritocracy, so it's to reward the hardest workers." Which sounds great in theory. But in reality, if someone is doing 5 people's jobs, you have to be doing 6 for recognition. This creates a culture of burnout and stress, not healthy competition. Which is why turnover is so high.
