Opportunity to travel to Paris HQ Certain level of autonomy granted in locations on decision making

Cons

Too much French influence. Because it works in France, does not mean 'it' works everywhere around the globe. Little to no communication from Corporate or indeed any senior management team. Continually trying to identify itself as a software vendor but not backing it up with any investment in sales/marketing or channel. Customers do not understand who Axway truly are, leading to confusion, and poor and indifferent relationships with customers and partners. Solution lineup is far too big with little integration and poor support

Pros

Axway has a great installed base of customers acquired over the last 20 years. The technology plays a critical niche role in the customer operations. Few competitors face-off against Axway.

Cons

Axway hasn't sold a new customer a new deal and is living primarily on increasing their prices to existing customers. The customer facing staff turns over regularly due to shifting leadership changes at the top. The GM of NA has been filled by 4 people in the last 3 years. What's next?
