You know the dementors from Harry Potter that suck out your soul? That's what Aya Healthcare is. The most toxic company possible, full of the micromanagement and nepotism. If you aren't kissing senior management's butt, it doesn't matter how hard you work. You are absolutely nothing to them. We're all watching them get rid of the best people to raise up toxic people who are being handed everything. They also give those favored people a significant amount more money than the people they don't care about. I know for a fact there are people working just as hard as me that are getting paid more than twice as much. If you want to feel unappreciated and unmotivated, this company is for you. I thought of a pro. They offer 6 free mental health sessions a year through their insurance so you can work through the mental health problems that they're causing you.
