Pros
Small studio with a very promising future. Very pleasant work environment with a great, fun atmosphere. People really know what they are doing here, it's a very good place to learn, and everybody is very open minded and easy to work with.
Cons
The company is starting now, so it seems difficult sometimes to manage all aspects of production, especially dealing with clients that are used to low quality work and want the job done when not enough time is given.
