Pros
Overall, I enjoyed working there. When I first joined, I was impressed by how long many employees had been with the company, which spoke volumes about it being a good place to work. The team included many knowledgeable colleagues, and it was always easy to ask for advice and continue learning. The hybrid working model was also a big plus and made a real difference to work–life balance. Ideally, I would give them 3.5* but since not available I am giving generous 4.
Cons
A major supply chain restructuring in 2023 brought challenges. Senior management made big decision with very limited support during and after implementation from their side. This led to divisions between the front and back office and, at times, created a blame-focused atmosphere. With line SC management based 200 miles away, the lack of local support did take a toll on people. Career progression opportunities are somewhat limited (though not impossible). Salary inadequate to the work done.
