Need improvement from top to bottom - Anonymous employee Azelis Employee Review

1. Not giving chance to anyone to visit global exhibition. Only Director is allow to visit. 2. Inefficient customer support team 3. Manager likes to do mirco management 4. Manager is not taking full responsibility of own actions 5. No apraisal and less compensation but gives targets like anything 6. No proper communication system between the stakeholders
