Pros
The employees are from relatively diverse backgrounds and there are some very talented people working here who have open mindsets. The working hours are not so bad depending on the manager you are working for. As a small company, you are close with the mid managers and they have good oversight over your work on a regular basis. They provide regular feedback on how you are going, as well as schedule regular meetups to track your progression. There are some social gatherings that take place on an occasional basis and is pleasant to attend. I learned many skills here with mostly on-the-job training, there was not a strict rule book in how to do things. Management is happy to allow you to work across departments to expand your repertoire and knowledge in different fields.
Cons
Pay was often delayed, the bonuses are not generous. As someone who has worked here for 3 years and started as a graduate, the pay bump was extremely low. Overall company perks are quite limited, which can be expected for a small to medium enterprise. Unfortunately there was a shared view amongst employees that management was strictly one sided. The work distribution was not fair amongst all, some people would OT so much and others would not have as much work to do.
