Zero training, low pay, no direction, a confused staff, I was put into a role on the local air base, they did not bother to check if I would get trained for a very complex role. I had none. I was put into a position that did not match the description, I made a comment that the women in the company were making as well, and was let go because there is open discrimination against men in this company.
