Colleagues are nice and friendly.
Cons
Lots of micromanagement. Strict in company rules e.g. Cannot be late, no usage of phone, no listening of music, company closure but using your own annual leaves. Manager has no technical skills at all and don't even know what he's doing. No structure in the work, just rushing work to complete the projects. Extremely high turnover rate.
