Pros

It is a positive environment where you are encouraged to succeed. There is an opportunity for growth if you want to put in the work. If you are willing to spend 50+ hours of your week to approach hundreds of people in a day (most of whom are disrespectful) in the hopes that 2 will donate, go right ahead.

Cons

TLDR: - MLM company (beware) - Long hours - Disrespected constantly - Low flexibility - No benefits - Deceptive pay structure - Always training your replacement If you have time to read: I want to be very careful with what I say here. Azure is not technically a pyramid scheme. It is, however, the closest thing to a pyramid scheme you can legally operate. It is a multi-level marketing organization though, in many jurisdictions, there is no legitimate distinction. They market upward success within the company to prospective employees as a way to rope them in but in the meantime, they require you to work 50+ hours per week (not hourly). The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) states: "Steer clear of multilevel marketing plans that pay commissions for recruiting new distributors. They're actually illegal pyramid schemes. Plans that pay commissions for recruiting new distributors inevitably collapse when no new distributors can be recruited." Though you are not paid directly for recruiting new members, you are responsible for their success. There have been many lawsuits filled against MLM companies for dozens of reasons (mainly because they resemble pyramid schemes). Here are a few that Azure is guilty of: - complex and exaggerated compensation schemes - cult-like techniques which some groups use to enhance their members' enthusiasm and devotion - false product claims - making money off participant-attended conventions, training events and materials - emphasis on recruitment of others over actual sales (especially sales to non-participants) - exploitation of personal relationships as both sales and recruiting targets

Pros

Great environment, the training is supported by everyone in the building and the opportunity for growth is astronomical.

Cons

The growth is very specialized and directed, cut and paste industry leaves little room for innovations at an early level.
