      Great Staff, working conditions and overall just a wonderful place to work at.

      Cons

      Not my cup of tea for benefits, but this is a small company and they do what they can. Would love to see these positions here go hybrid.

      Pros

      The Heads of the company are reasonable, dedicated and smart. I believe they want the best for their employees, and went out of their way to accommodate or facilitate any issues that their employees faced. Kudos!

      Cons

      Local leadership is lacking. The CIO is more interested in trapping you then getting to the root of an issue. "Maybe if I ask this question 5 times the answer will change... " He has caused blow out fights in the office. The senior engineer isn't much better. Very condescending. Don't expect to go home on time. Ever.
