Terrible to their Employees - Project Manager B G Studio Intl Employee Review

Interesting projects and some coworkers are nice people.

Excessive deadlines, employees are overworked, poor benefits, poor management, no work life balance. Is not a inclusive space, not many people of color stay there. Constantly rotating workers. There seems to be ageism and sexism in the office, more old school thinking. For an international company you would think there would be more inclusivity but they barely have federal holidays, no religious holidays other than Christian holidays. They work even when the building is closed. The company seems a bit rigid compared to other design firms with far more benefits, inclusivity and flexibility.

Although other people are pretty cool including the owner

The interior design team works as mean girls from high school, don’t work there.
