      Free Meals Great staff(at times) Ability to learn different stations Potential to move into management (but not likely)

      Long hours No recognition for hard work from upper staff or corporate The money is not the best for the hard work you put in No rewards A strong disconnect from management to employees

      Working in food service can be difficult and B.Good was no exception to that
